At Oshea Herbals, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 days from the date of placing the order. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location, courier availability, public holidays, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, email or WhatsApp on the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number. Oshea Herbals will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address may not be changed.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner may contact you to complete the delivery. If the order cannot be delivered after the permitted number of attempts, it may be returned to us.

Any request to resend a returned order may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Delayed Orders

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

-High order volumes
-Public holidays or regional disruptions
-Adverse weather conditions
-Courier or logistics-related issues
-Delivery restrictions in certain locations
-Events beyond our reasonable control

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept a package if it appears to be opened, damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us promptly and share:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs of the outer package and product
3. An unboxing video, wherever available

Requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.
