Return Policy

This policy covers all circumstances and procedures for replacement, modification and cancellation of your orders.


How do I get a defective item, Ordered on replaced?
1. The intimation of defective / damaged products is given through Customer service immediately at or at 033-40433333 within 2 (Two) working days from the date of delivery of the products.
2. The goods are dispatched to reach the company within 7 Days from the date of delivery.
3. There should be no sign of physical damage on the product or its packaging.
4. The original seal, packing, manual and all other items originally attached / enclosed with the product must return with the goods.
5. All returned goods will be examined upon receipts as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
6. The serial no. should not be tampered.
7. The Universal Product Code must be intact.

What will happen if goods ordered on “CASH ON DELIVERY” BASIS” could not be delivered.

The company shall not entertain any order in future in these circumstances;
(i) If the goods not delivered due to the refusal of the buyer.
(ii)If the goods not delivered in two attempts because the location of delivery found closed.


1. We allow for complete order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse(s). The refund amount will be credited in your Oshea Credits account in the form of cash back.

2. If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been processed in our warehouse(s)..

3. Once your Cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your Oshea Credits account in the form of cash back. This is applicable only for prepaid orders.


The company undertakes to refund 100% of the amount paid within 15 days from the date of cancellation of order, if the order is cancelled within 3 hours from the placement of order through Contact Us Page.


In case of any dispute the Courts in kolkata will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Warranty And Liability does not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. Only if a product delivered to you is different from what is described on the website, is liable to change the product.
